I am not understanding the following "Texture Editor" dialog box.   How do you create a Running Bond tile pattern?  Here is a standard tile pattern, one on top of the other.  The grout lines align fine with the Tile Appearance image...

When we try and show more than 1 tile, it "cuts" the image in 1/2 and the grout lines are off by 1/2 a tile...

You are mixing two distinct approaches to creating a tiled realistic material.

When using a raster image that illustrates the tile and the grout, you do not need to use the procedural tile maps that has parameters for tile and grout size, pattern and spacing. You need to create a raster image with the correct pattern and grout sizes in a photo editing software.

In your example, you will need to replace the raster image with one showing a generic surface of the tile material. Then set the parameters for the tiling below. Unfortunately, I don't know of a way  to create the bevel effect in your original method.

There is a youtube video by Prokon Build here: Autodesk Revit - Procedural Materials around 8m00s.

Hope this helps,

Thanks, simply using a raster image and not trying to have Revit "mange" the tile pattern was defiantly the easy way to go.  I assumed Revit would be able to manage the start and stop of a titled image, but not the case.  2021-03-16 10_11_23-Autodesk Revit 2018.3 - [Section_ Kitchen Island - N5668 2018-1.rvt].png
