Text Annotation (Leader) Alignment

I need some help with aligning the leaders. I want leader with its attachment type should be underline top line (like image attached), but there is no option to achieve the same alignment (I create the leader by adding text and in modify tab there is leader). Is there any option to achieve the same alignment?
Thank you...

I want like this.

Revit.

Maybe you need to use underlined text. But the leader won't align to the underline, though.

Why are you using text for this? Why not use an actual callout and check the box 'Reference Other View' before placing and then select the view you want it to reference?

You could also use a View Reference Tag.

The screenshot looks like AutoCAD? Compared to AutoCAD, text and leaders in Revit are, well, basic. On the other hand -  aligning text and working with leaders is easier in Revit. It is what it is.

I would built it with view reference family. See attached

Thank you for your suggestion. But I want it just an annotation, I didn't take any callout (detail view).

Thank you for your response.
But I want only annotation. I have to change the text manually.
