Tagging Levels in Plan

Hi,

I need to create a tag that allows me to list multiple heights on the same plan. For instance if I have a typical floor plan I want to list all of the heights of the floors that have the same floor plan. I do not want to make a schedule, I need it to be some sort of tag. Does anyone have an idea on how to make this or if its possible in Dynamo?

No, I have lets say 15 levels that are all the same, and I only show one floor plan. I want to show spot elevations for all 15 levels on this one floor plan. I have many typical levels like this and they need to show the spot elevations of the plans that i'm not actually printing.

What makes you not wanting a schedule?  You could make it look like a tag.

Now I'm really confused. Fifteen Levels that are all the same? As in, they're all at the same elevation? I can't imagine any possible reason for that?

Or do you mean you've got Fifteen Levels that are just close to each other, as in various slightly sunken or raised finished floor elevations, that should all be represented in one Floor Plan? Because that makes sense. But you could just put a spot elevation on each Floor in that Floor Plan.

I believe she has one typical plan for 15 levels, and wants to say something like "Typical Plan for Level 2 to Level 16" on that plan.

Ooooooh! Okay I get it.

Well, you can't tag something that isn't in the view.

So I'm going to suggest the way I handle typical views like that...by just titling such a view something like, "Floor Plan, Typ. @ Levels 3 thru 18."

And then the Elevation View can show the elevation of all the Levels. Or I guess you can make a little schedule to list the Levels and their elevations if you really think it's necessary.

You can schedule Model Groups in Revit 2018 so it can be a possibility.  Otherwise, add a dummy group ID element in each group and schedule it.
