Sync Reminder is not showing up

Hallo everyone,

we have a problem by one of our team member with the Sync Reminder, we are working with Revit 2021 and BIM360,  although the save sittings are set to 15 min for both Local and Sync, she only gets the local save reminder, does anyone know what the problem is ? Thank you.

i assume they are not manually Syncing to Central (STC) themselves? If you manually STC with in the time frame specified, you wont get a STC reminder. If the Save Local check box is not checked it is not saving the local and you will continue to get a save "Local" reminder.
