Symbols from Autocad import

Does anyone has a good idea on how to convert the attached dwg to an Revit Generic Annotation? The dwg's are ISO 7010 symbols that should be used in Revit plans. Green background (35, 127, 82) and white foreground. Should be placed as Symbols, not as Detail Components.
