Hole in side of floor

Hi All,

Please can someone help me keep my sanity in tact.

I have created a floor (sloped). I now need to create a hole that runs through +/- half of the floor.

But the hole needs to run horizontally through the floor & not vertically.

Anyone have any ideas on how to make this happen?

You can use Model in Place Component for this - Void Form and then select the work plane and draw away!

use a model in place component Void extrusion or sweep and then use the cut tool and select the floor and then the void.

I have now got my hole as i wanted it.

I originally tried the model in place thing, but i think i created an extrusion & then tried to cut it. but that didn't work.
