Symbol for 'Extent' to show the joists

Hello,

I am working on the project where I have to add wood joists. I have used 'Span' symbol to indicate how long the joists are going to be but I am wondering what symbol is typically used to show 'Extent' of the joist?

I would use Beam system for joists and Beam System tag for Extent symbol.  They are purposely built for such.
