Sweep molding at curved wall

hello

i am trying to make a sweep molding (model in place) at  curved wall it doesn't let me choose the curved wall face to start drawing the sketch path , i cant set a work plane for the curved wall so i can draw at it

Choose Pick Path, not Sketch Path to pick the sweep path. You can also use Wall Sweep tool.

well i want to draw at specific part of the wall not the whole wall if i used the method u mentioned i will take the 4 sides for the face of the wall but i want to do something looks like this

I see. Create window or vertical opening to temporarily cut the wall, then create sweep using pick path from the edges of the opening. Delete the opening or move it to a future phase when done.

i did already used this strategy but i was looking for a method to apply it for complex shapes like making an opening for example like this opening at the curved wall like setting a workplan at the curved wall and start drawing my lines at for example

You can use the opening or void method to create the edges for the sweep path for complex shapes.  It still is the easiest way.
