Student Version not getting activated

Yesterday I downloaded Revit 2019 Student version and Autodesk gave me SERIAL NUMBER and PRODUCT KE. After complete installation etc, when I opened REVIT 2019, it asked me to Activate without giving me option to run(you can see it in Screenshot attached). There was NO 30 days free trial to RUN because that's where I registered my autocad by running it and going to licence option and entering serial number and product key simply. Now When I try to activate, it shows error(screenshot attached). What can I do to enter serial number and product key and get registered for 3 years?

Hi @Anonymous  Make sure your Internet connection is enabled and try once, if its not possible means, Go ahead with another option -->I have an activation Code & Registering with Autodesk. (Before you copy the Request code).

@Anonymous

You could just try to repair installation first AND also try to reboot windows after installation? It could be that simple

Try the following same order and see if it works

  1. Reboot the computer & QUIT any background applications from  CTRL + ALT + DEL >> Task Manager
  2. Insure you are connected to the internet
  3.  Disable Anti Virus and Fire wall and  ADJUST/CHECK PROXY SETTINGS to ensure an uninterrupted connection
  4. Run a Repair Installation
  5. Reboot
  6. Run Revit as Administrator

If the above does not resolve it then try to Reset the Licensing (2017 - 2022 products)
