I´m wondering what would be the approach to make connections like the one on the picture...

How is the Curtain Wall Modeled. Divided Surface with Pattern-Based Curtain Panels?  If so, you could model it/place it in the Panel itself.  

 

..or perhaps model/place the brace in an adaptive point family.

It was modeled in Grasshopper then imported into Revit. I used wall by Face

Can be a face based family, extrusions with some length parameter to match the offset of your mass. 
You can also have this structure in place and build your mass on it in Revit so it’s easier to adjust.
