Hello all,
I am trying to find my way with using Revit to do Schematic Design.
I am using in place Mass right now and it works okay to do SD level floor plan layouts.
What I would like to do is create a family, what ever type it may be, that you could start out with a square foot number and be able to adjust the x or y axis and they would move relative to one another to keep that same Square Foot size. For instance. Create a family that is 10'-0" x 10'-0" = 100 SF. I want to be able to click on the family and move the X shape handle and move it while to Y dimension flexes to keep the same SF of the original. So, as I move X from 10'-0" to 7'-0". Y would adjust automatically as needed to keep the 100SF overall. To throw a little bit of fun in there it would be nice to be able to color code the family to create a plan that looks like an area plan or apply a color table to it by assigning an area.
Thank you,
Giovanni

That is EXACTLY what I was looking for.
I have to redo it for 2017 and that should be easy!
THANK YOU!
