strip model

whats the best way to strip a model of all annotative elements?

Annotations are View Specific. A quick way to "strip" a View of all its Annotations would be to Duplicate the View.

You can use etransmit. In one of the option, you can tell Revit to remove all sheet except the one you want to keep.
