Stray lines showing up on plan when families inserted

Hello,

I have been trying to resolve this issue, but unable to do so. 

I have inserted a Bathtub family into my project. Some stray lines are showing up on the floor plan which do not show on the original family. 

How do I get rid of them?

Rather post the bathtub family - we can only guess form that image.

That is not the same family as shown in the images in the document file you originally posted.  I tried the family in Revit 2019, and did not get any stray lines in a plan view.
