stairs incomplete

i have this problems in stairs its incomplete and just happen in Monolithic Stair why this happen and how can i fix it

... did you try to delete that stair and draw a new one to see if that keeps going on?

yes i do and changed the type

.... open a new project and try to draw just the same stair

If I had to guess, I'd say it's Stair by Sketch with 1 Riser line missing.  Add a Riser line to correct. 

...don't you have Warnings associated with the stair?

Can you Edit the stair > Edit sketch, and show a screenshot?

possible errors / adjustments required to fix that are

1. Design issue

2. Stair path  ( you may customise stair path to suite the stair, the default path doesn't work all the time )

how to fix the design space issue?

I think your length and your distance from the first level to the second level aren't enough
you must extend your length.
I create one stair similar to you and don't have any problem.
