Stairs Balusters Have Gaps

Hello and apologies for many posts regarding railings in Revit, I just can't seem to get them right.

I have created a baluster but is to be part of a railing for some stairs. When I host the railing to the stair treads there are gaps in the balusters. 

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I remember there will be a void to cut the top in a post family
