I have desktop connector and I am trying to insert files from another cloud project but the project's cloud folders don't appear. On another computer, project files folder appears, but this project has its central file in plans and not project files - could that be the problem?image.png

The solution was to put the central model in the project files folder - when trying to insert files from another bim360 project, autodesk desktop connector won't let you see any folder in bim360 unless you place the central model in the project files folder. The requirement to have to use autodesk desktop connector, a nearly 2gig addon, just to insert files from another bim360 model is really stupid not to mention the folder requirement...
