Go into the sketch for the mirrored stair. Edit the boundaries at the weird part. remove the boundary segments for one of the risers and connect.

Make the entire stair as one single sketch instead of 2 sketched runs + 2 odd landings + 1 normal run.  It also smooths out the bottom of the stair.

@ToanDN - What the OP did was create one stair and then mirror it. The new stair did not like to be mirrored.

I understand.  If he fixed the original based on what I said above then he can mirror it without any problems.

i liked what u suggested very much, and i'll try to do it now, because i suffered from the stair bottom.

yes, sorry, i found it. but i have a question here. 

i noted that u converted the stair to one sketch. is that right, is that what u are directing me to do in order to have clean bottom ?

Yes.  Your stair is a winding stair.  There need not be any landings.
