Stair connection

Hi, how do you solve this stair connection with floor problem ? 

At the top and the bottom of a stair connecting with floor. 

Ass well as when a wall clash with a stair ? see arrow on image

use extra landing in end of the stair connection

I edit wall profile .if it is perpendicular to stair  you can use tapered wall
