Split Schedule Border Issues

Hello Everyone,

I'm having some issues with the borders on a split schedule. It is set to have lines between each entry and when the splitting edge is dragged, either one or the other instances of the schedule has trailing and/or misplaced borders (screen snip attached).

I would also like to have one title across both instances. After some quick searching, the best solution I could find was to uncheck "Show Title" and add it back in a text box on the sheet. In this particular instance, that will cause the first line to have a different row height than all the others because of the blank line included before all the others. Usually you could just fix this by checking "Blank Line Before Data" but it is grayed out if the headers and title are unchecked. Any other suggestions?

To recap what I'm trying to achieve: my goal would be a split schedule with one title, consistent row heights, and border appearance.

Thanks in advance!

You can't get there by adjusting height control a hair or two?

Let us take a whack at it.  Post the file here.

It appears the issue is that when the schedule is split it is adding the blank line set in the Sorting/Grouping tab and the blank line before data (Appearance tab) at the start of the second section whereas on the first section it only adds the blank line before data at the top.

It doesn't appear to be a way to have this exactly how you want.

Also the blank row (appearance tab) is greyed out only when the headers is turned off and it keeps the setting it was before, so turn on the header check or uncheck the blank row box and then turn headers back off.

The only way I can see to adjust the height is the grab at the bottom of the split. It won't land where it needs to to eliminate this problem. Is there a way to use nudges? That may do the trick. The file is massive so posting it would be an issue.

Thanks so much for replying. The option to insert blank line before data does remain checked but it doesn't actually do it unless you have either the title or headers showing, at least on my screen. This may be an impossible dream- I'm prepared to live with a weird line at the bottom of my schedule.

I don't have any weird line issue splitting a schedule.  Try to save a copy of the file and clean it up so that you can post it here.

@ToanDN the issue is arising when both the blank line (sorting/grouping tab) and the blank row (appearance tab) are both turned on as seen in the attached.
