split curtain wall glass panel on-spot

What is the fastest way to split glass panel on-spot after adding extra grid line and mullion ?

We used to do this routinely by re-creating CW from scratch, but I think someone here has better approach.

Anyone?

After adding a grid, the panel should be splitted automatically.
