Spacing between annotation

Someone in my past has made me a meticulous drafter, and I can't figure out how to space annotation items like I do in AutoCAD. Is there something similar to multileader align spacing in Revit? There doesn't seem to be a way to control the vertical space between notes and it's driving me crazy! I would like to be able to control the spaces shown in the screenshot as 'a'

@jcoleM5S3A

The free plugin below seems to have the functionality you are looking for with the added bonus of working with tags and model object as well.

Align from BIM 42

It may not allow you to specify a value for the spacing interval or account for multiline text annotations. There is also a subscription plugin which does that.

Bird Tools' Tag Alignment Tool

Hope this helps,

try adjusting the leader border offset and the TAB size within the text style edit dialogue box
