Your CSV only has 1 column. The CSV should be 3 columns. X, Y and Z.

actually i have 3 columns latitude longitude and altitude which are x y and z i dont know why you see one column in my excel there is 3 columnsCapture.PNG

The CSV you posted, and that I opened, does not have 3 columns.

Perhaps, this is your issue. Me and Revit see 1 column.

Save it as a TXT File (comma separated) and use that TXT file to create TOPO.
