Solid filled region showing grey in elevation

I'm having some problems with the solid filled region, no matter what color I set the region to it shows up medium grey in the elevation. Hatch patterns work just fine, its only the solid regions that aren't working. I have compared the different visibility settings (they are the same), both views are using the same view template. How do I fix this/what am I missing?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

here's an image of the two views. the left had view shows up correctly and the right had view has the same linework copied from left view, but shows up the wrong color...

Don't use Realistic visual style.

which one please highlight? have you try to check your phasing ? thanks

I've matched up as many of the properties as I can, including phasing.

Hi, I am also experiencing the same problem. I think it has to do with the view template, but I can't locate the parameter that is causing my solid filled regions to be medium gray regardless of the color that it is set to. I am only experiencing this issue in one of my floor plan template views.
