Sloping Drain Flamily

I've created a drain which has a slope sloped profile underneath, I need the profile to slope to the  center of the drain but I'm not sure if its possible in a revit family, I've run out out ideas, i know want to be able to create the slope in the way that you can slope a floor in a project by pulling the sub elements of a floor, thats the only way I can think of getting that specific type of sloping effect. Is there any that i can create that type slope in a family?

I might not be making myself clear enough so I've attached some images.

You could with a bunch of parameters and formulas or an adaptive family but why torture yourself? Built the slope as a thin floor or roof directly in project, the drain as a normal face based family with a void to cut the floor where you place it. That way you can control the size, the slope to any conditions on site.

okay, I'll do that instead then, I just wanted to see first if there was anyway that it could be done within a family
