You might have turned on thin lines so Revit view looks sharp.  Turn off thin lines and see how the view actually shows.  Additionally, the view scale is very small 1:400 so expect low quality if you print 100%, and I don't even mentioned if you might have printed to raster.

Hi Toan,

I have tried

1. changing scale of the drawings (1-200, 1-100, etc)

2. linking the view in a new template

3. changing multiple pdf plotter (bluebeam, biopdf, etc)

however the issue still the same. The printed pdf always have crooked line and is different from screen display (refer  2 screenshot below)

There are certain setting driving the graphic for the file, but i cant seem to find what controlled it

Hi Toan,

At least now i know is not a file issue, I will try to find biopdf setting to match the adobe pdf setting.

I set it to 600 dpi, but the graphic still not achieving what you have...

600 dpi is not high quality.  Adobe PDF High Quality Print is 2400 dpi.
