I believe that the Graphic Display Options are limited in Drafting Views. No shadows, no sketchy lines, no depth cuing, etc. This is understandable because many of the display options are only relevant to 3d elements such as shadows and depth cuing. I think you are out of luck trying to add sketchy lines to your drafting view.
