i WANT TO MOVE THE PONTS OF THE SITE IN A STRAIGHT FORM . uNFORTUALTLY WHEN i MOVE with holding the shift key it does NOT move it precisely straight( like the F8 in autocad).

the F8 function found in Autocad or holding down the shift to draw verticals and horizontals is not available in Revit. Revit relies more on SNAPS (to certain angles/length which you can define under Manage>Settings>Snaps

From the image I uanderstand you are placing point on the Toposurface using Massing&Site>Toposurface>>Place points .... If it is the case; those points snap to reference planes...You can place a vertical referance plane and drag/snap those points to the plane, intersetion of two planes or end point of the plane...Subsequently you get the straight orthogonal shape you need

You might also want to note that SNAPS do not function in all situations. there are quite some times in Revit where you have to eyeball things

If you use the move tool, often you will have the constrain function available that will limit movement to horizontal or vertical

I've tried this before as well. I know what you mean.  I have used reference planes to get those points to snap to intersections where I wanted them.

Just adding to Enlint's post...

Holding down the SHIFT button acts as Ortho when using the MOVE command too.  It does not work if you select the object and drag without selecting the MOVE tool with certain objects (works with lines for example but not topography)

Normally I would ignor such comments but you are somewhat right; The wording I used was wrong.. Refering back to the context of the OP; what was meant was

                                  "Holding down shift key to DRAG horizontally and vertically is not available in Revit" 

• Shift Key when used outside a command to drag move elements ... Shift key has no relevance what so ever

• Even when used inside the command Move; it is not the shift key which is doing the function ... Shift Key is set by default to temporarly toggle/untoggle the check box for the movement "Constraint" option bar. In simple words, the function is to restrict the movement of an element (or set of elements) along its Constraints. not the 0 axis and 90 axis. That it works with a point, circle or an element with orthogonal constraint is a coincidence not a rule (ie: try moving an oblique line or a hexagonal shaped object/element)
