Site Plan Import

The Surveyor's Site Plan was imported as a PDF and now, when I try to delete/rotate the plan, all Floor plans are affected. How to delete/unlink the imported Site plan w/o the other plans being affected?

Huh?   How are all the Floor Plans affected?   That doesn't compute.

Neither does it make sense to me, so something is causing the Site Plan to govern the Plans. What to do???

How to unlink the Site plan from the other Plans?

Are you unable to select and delete PDF Copies from a particular View?  Or are trying to delete all the Copies that are in various Project Views? If so, use Manage Links for that.

The Site Plan cannot be deleted, or all the Floor Plans are deleted too. The Site Plan is not linked, so it appears as a Duplicate Plan w/ Details. How to disassociate the Site plan from the Floor Plans, or delete the duplicate?

Boy, this is a head-scratcher. Are you saying that you cannot delete the PDF Image from the Floor Plan VIEW or are you saying that the PDF Image contains both a Floor Plan and Site Plan?

...AH!  You mean you Duplicated AS A DEPENDENT! Correct?  If so, that makes more sense. You CANNOT delete the PDF from only one of the Dependent Views. But you CAN Hide Element.

The Site Plan, which isn't an inserted PDF can't be altered w/o changing all Floor plans. It appears to be a Duplicate w/ Detail, so I need to remove the Site Plan totally.

Can you just post your File and PDF?  That would make it a whole lot easier.

Are you talking about Views or Levels?

Can you show a screenshot your Project Browser > Views > Floor plans?  If Site Plan is the parent view and other floor plans are its dependent views, then you can highlight each floor plan view, right click and convert to Independant.

You are correct and the Site plan was a duplicate. I found the reason and corrected the plans.

Thank you,
