Simple formula in a schedule

Hi all, I have 2 questions.

1. I need some help in working out how I can write the formula so that the garage area displays the area minus 36m2. For example if the garage area was 45m2 then I want the schedule to display 9m2

2. How can I display a subtotal row after the ground floor and first floor living areas. Followed by the grand total including the garage area?

Thanks in advance 🙂

1. add a calculated value parameter and use the formula: Area - 36m2
2. sort be level, add footer and choose title and total

See below. Edit schedule fields and add calculated field. edit: for second question you would also need to set formatting to set calculate totals for area/calculated area.(4)

Add calculated field to scheduleAdd calculated field to schedule

Add title and totals in footerAdd title and totals in footer
