Sidewalk floor not showing when hiding the imported CAD drawing

I am trying to hide the imported CAD drawing so I could dimension to my floor. However, it is not visible once I hide it. I checked my view range and this is what it looks like. I tried lowering down the bottom and the view depth range but it's still not visible. I also tried using pick-line and then dimensioning it that way, but it does not snap to it. What should I do?

Does it show in 3D?

Yes it does (the modeled floor), but not the CAD drawing. I am trying to hide the cad because my current dimensions are apparently linked to it, meaning updating the cad or adjusting it in any way will result in deletion of the dimensions that are linked to it.

Your question is why the sidewalk floor not showing in that site plan, isn't it?

Yes exactly, why is it not visible (why can't I see it's boundary lines) - for me to dimension to it. If I hover over my floor, I can select it, but the radial dimension doesn't snap to it's lines.

Do you mean view range? I don't know what view phase is. I already lowered down my view range, that didn't work.

A radial dimension only snap on Arc/Circle.  Can you confirm the floor sketch boundary has arc segments or splines?

And the floor is in new construction (not demolished).

Here a list of 33 things to check when you can't find stuff in a View. Keep it handy. You'll use it a lot. Promise.

So it turns out that the boundary lines are invisible, not sure why or how. But when I override the properties and make them solid lines, I am still not able to snap my dimension onto them.

Do you have a selection restriction turned on?

Where do you see that, I don't know where that is.

Edit the floor sketch, select an arc segment and show it's properties here.

I just need to see the properties of ONE arc segment, the one that you cannot snap the radial dimension to.
