Hi,

is there an option for the dimensions in the shop drawing views to get some kind of grid line.

That the dimensions are on the same distance from the object in the different views?

You can control this in the type settings.

but I don't want that long lines from the dimension line to the element ...

i am looking for some kind of grid line ... 

in my screenshot you see 2 different shop drawing views ...

and now it's a bit messy, because the dimension lines are not aligned

No it is not possbile.

I think his issue is to allign dimention between two different views in same sheet.

Unfortunatelly there is no option for dimention distance from object.
