Hi,

I made a sheet list with two columns....  drawing numbers and drawing titles!!!

Is there a way to add column for sheet paper format (for example A3, A2, etc.)?

And, is there a way to add sheet scale in another column?

Hi

you can add any parameters available in Sheets.

if there are custom parameter ( text , number etc ) is required then you have few options

1. Add “ comment “ “ description “ parameter from sheet and manually add info like A3, A2 and scale etc

2. You can add “ Project Parameter “ Project parameter can be added to particular entities like sheet, views etc ... ex: Sheet size ( use text for this ) and add that “ sheet size “ in Sheet schedule..

find how to add “ Project parameter “ and that will help you do many custom additions..

3. Scale is a tricky parameter, it’s easy to have one scale for view.. but for Sheet , because Sheet can have multiple views with varying scale, it’s not a good idea to lock it to one particular view.. but you can also have a custome Paramter ( text , using comment, or project parameter) and write what you need to.

Hi

In the Project Parameter, Add a new Parameter.

Name of the parameter

select Sheets

This should be an Instance Parameter. This allows individual Sheet to have unique text.

Choose Text - This will allow you to type Text without any constraints..

...thought at least sheet size would be automatic but this will be ok too....
