Setting up a default text to schedules

Hello.

I am setting up a template for our office and have set up all the texts. I have set up 5 different texts  - Type 1 - 5.  Every time I start a new schedule, it defaults all the texts (title, header and body) to type 3. We would like the schedule to display Title: Type 1, Header: Type 2 and Body: Type 3 without having to change it in the appearance settings every time a new schedule is started.

Please note - the only text in the template that exists now are the ones I set up.

Does anybody know how to set this? I feel like it's  fairly simple thing to set, yet, I cannot find the answer online.
