Problem accessing ONLINE help in Revit 2020

I cannot access the online help from Revit 2020 .

Attached screen print shows the error message displayed when I click on the question mark icon in the top right corner of the menu bar.

Are there any configuration settings that need to be made?

looks like its the same problem as described in this link:

The URL has ENG in the address rather than ENU.

Format of the 2020 Revit.ini is a bit different from the 2018 version on the Cadline Community page that I gave the link to.

I had to create the [Documentation] section and add the OnlineHelpLocal key from scratch using Notepad+.

Seems to work.

PS: although the C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit Content 2020\Help folder is present on my PC, it is empty so I didn't bother adding in the first line of the Documentation section shown in the Cadline Community page.
