Serious Error with Element Keynote - Revit 2023

When I try to keynote with an element keynote or a material keynote on Revit 2023, Revit stalls for a while then it gives me a serious error.

It is happening to a few of us, and also in multiple projects (Revit 2023). We can use User Keynote without issue.  It seems earlier versions are fine. Has anyone encountered this? If so, how did you fix it? Please advise. Thank you!!

We figured it out 🙂 It was known issue with update.

If you select an existing element keynote, right click and select 'create similar' then it works again.
