Serial Number and product key unsupported-reg

as your given serial number and product key  are not valid . the serial number is XXX-XXXXXXXXX and product key is 829H1.please kindly verfy and do the needful.

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I have removed the serial number from your post. Please, do not post your product serial number on public websites and forums such as this one.

The easiest way around this issue is to register a new Education Community account with a different email address and obtain a new serial number.

There is no need to fully download the program again, simply go as far as obtaining the serial number.
