Revit help - Default Family Template File Invalid

I recently installed Revit 2016 on my new Toshiba PC operating on Windows 10. It took many tries to install all parts of it. Once I did, and was able to open the program. An alert pops up that says "Default Family Template File Invalid - The path you have specified for the default family template files is invalid. To change the default file path, from the Application menu selection Options, and then the File Locations tab."

I don't understand how to get to the "File Locations" tab to change this. Also, would it work for me to just uninstall all of Revit 2016 then reinstall? I am not an expert on any of this technology. I need it to be working as soon as possible. If anyone knows what to do, I appreciate the help.
