I cannot locate my serial number or product key for my software - and of course trying to get in contact with Autodesk is harder than contacting the Pope.
Any help as to why my account prompts me to "Sign In" when I'm clearly already signed into my account would be greatly appreciated. I am losing hours of progress trying to contact Autodesk and get help for something simple.
Click on the 3 dots beside the product name and click activation
Check attached photo
Also it my appear by clicking on the product it self

thats because your account was migrated to sign in only so there will be no serial numbers given
