Sequentially numbered keynotes

Sorry if this has been covered but I can't find the answer I'm looking for. I want to create my details with sequential numbers like the attached picture. I am currently creating my own keynote .txt file but I prefer the look of numbered leaders to the actual text being attached to the leaders. Is this possible?

Not really.

But, you can get somewhat close to it by using "By Sheet" Numbering Method.

I experimented with it just for a few minutes but it feels like it could get messy with 20 different details on a sheet. I guess I will just opt for the text on the leader. It seems like this (the method that I'm looking for) should be the most logical way for keynoting. Thank you for your time.

I'm replying to myself, as I hope that perhaps one of the admins or developers will see this and add this functionality. I know, dream on. It occurred to me that this functionality already exists in Revit in the form of door schedules. You can tag the doors sequentially and sort that information by tag number. Perhaps there is a work around. Just thinking out loud.

Unfortunately, no. I currently use keynote tags with text attached to it, so it basically is just text with a leader. I wish they would include this.

Did you figure it out? I am trying to do the same thing, but use schedule instead of keynote.  I am still struggling trying to figure it out.  My detail method I learned from Brian Mackey.
