Segmented + inclined longitudinal section, possible?

Hello, 

Let's say I have a building which is L shaped at an angle, and I want a longitudinal section spanning the entire length. Something like this:

I could do 2 sections, one for the inclined part and one for the horizontal part. But I was wondering if it's possible to do it in a single section.

I know sections can be segmented and you can move the section plane perpendicular to the original. But is it possible to rotate a section segment like shown above?

No, use two sections placed next to each other on sheet.  You could draw them on top of refplanes though ie.

You'll have to create two sections and stitch them together on sheet.
