Sections are not visible anywhere

Hello to all

I faced a problem of a section visibility. Basically, sections I create are not visible in any view. However the sections created before are seen. I checked pretty much everything: visibility of annotation categories, worksets, filters, construction phases, and even tried to locate sections created in project browser. Did not succeed. basically every section i create gets new number (203, 204, 205, etc), but they are not seen anywhere in project browser. any idea what iam i doing wrong?

Are "visible" sections and "invisible" section the same Section Type?  (Highlight the view from the Browser and look at its Properties)

view type of both is blank. however sections im creating for some reason have reference sheet greyed out and referencing not my view. its actually referencing not view, but a sheet. not sure if it helps

solved. new sections did come with view template assigned to different trade. so i just changed it in "edit type" identity data.
