Section won't rotate

When tryikng to rotate view on sheet 90degrees only the crop box rotates unlike with other views. I want the view to rotate 90 degrees so it looks like this instead:

But for whatever reason some sections just won't rotate...

you should use Rotation on Sheet :

[stereomp34]

In that case the title also rotates 90 degrees which isn't nice. Could create rotated family but that's not great. 

EDIT: Actually can't even create family because it overrides all project titles not just the selected one even if saved under different family name and type

yes , unfortunately it is wright. but you can make the family ,do not edit family but make new one with new name and use that only in the rotate view.
indeed you can use Assembly views and rotate them but that have problem too.
