Section Head with Custom Label

So I am facing a situation here and trying to find a solution.

What I am trying to achieve is make a Section Head that will also carry a letter as symbol but that symbol cannot be the view section name because i want it to appear multiple times at the same project. (cannot have multiple views with the same name).
What i am doing is
make a generic annotation add a label with shared parameter

turn it to section mark
make a new project add the same shared parameter at project parameters under category view

Ambition

make a section and add the the text (A for example) at the shared parameter and hope to appear at the section head label. All i get is a dash

Hi @Anonymous 

If you want to see the text, the generated section you have to take it to a sheet. Now, you can change it inside the sheet.

Select the section and in properties change the text.

I don't think that's possible, you could add 'fixed' text to the Section Head but that would be a family type parameter, so you would need to make new section types for each name.

Use @Jamhmer_Oc  method and use the Number, which can be filled in as soon the view is on a sheet.

They can have same values BUT not on thesame sheet.

other option, depending why the views have identical names....use "reference other view".

So the reason why I want the same section cut multiple times with the same name is because I have a section cut for the permit drawings with the annotations i want and a duplicate for the construction for example. In Greece we usually use just a simple letter for the name of the section (for example section A-A' which in symbol is like     A |_      _| A'   { |_ that's the section mark and A is the name of the section}).
So in my case I want to name the sections wip_A and prmt_A but still have A as a symbol next the the section head for both.

If those 2 views aren't placed on the same sheet, then use the view number which comes available as soon as the view is placed on the Sheet.

Modify the head to only show the number.

So indeed your solution works in a matter of speaking though as you said I need to add them at a sheet and name them there. Thank you very much for this

Thanks for the reply. I see how your suggestion with new types would work for someone else.
