Generally when you double click the section line in a view that will take you directly to that section view. In some of our projects that function is not working, when the section is double clicked nothing happens. I went to check the template file and the sections work as they should and open the view when double clicked. Are there possible project settings that would disable the section? Or is there a way to fix this family in the project?
No, double clicking on the section line does not go to the view. Double clicking on the pointer or arrow of the section tag does go to the view.
Either double click the Section Head or right click the section line and choose Go To View.
This is what I am referring to, in some projects double clicking the section arrow doesn't take you directly to the view.
Last time I have seen that behavior was in Revit 2018.

I have the same problem.
Double Click only works on one end of the section lines arrows.
E.g. a click on the arrow on top will work - but the 2nd arrow (on same line) does not.
Bug or Feature?
I figure the double click only works if section line is not selected.
Press ESC a couple times bevore you click.
Hello All,
I had similar issue with outside coming project, I noticed when I click the tail I can Enter the section so I figured out for unknown reason the families used in section tag parameters were switched as attached screenshot, I just corrected it and worked fine.
