Section Detail Reference - Section Head Missing

Hi there, I'm still relatively new to Revit and am perplexed by why my detail sections referencing drafting views are not showing the section head with the sheet name and number. I've tried with both my companies standard section head as well as the default Revit section head, but no luck. Either it shows no head, or I can cycle through and show two tails. The type properties of the drafting view detail show the correct reference drawing information. Please let me know if you have any thoughts or suggestions!

Select the section line and toggle head/tail?

And you section type should have head and tail definition.

I'm having a similar issue, but under the Type Properties it lists the Head and Tail section as "none", and it doesn't have any other options in the drop down box. Anyone ever have this issue before?
