Section cuts disappeared

hi there,

I created Section Cuts of my drawings.  I have the Section Cuts that I need, but on the Floor Plan, the section cut are not visible.  I need to be able to show where the Section Cuts are on my Floor Plan.  I have tried looking in Visiblity Graphics and tried Reveal hidden Elements but they are not there.  I assume I could not have deleted them since if I did, I wouldn't see them listed in Sections in the Project Browser.

Can anyone suggest how else I can find them?

thanks for any suggestions as I would really prefer not to have to recreate from scratch.

Thanks

Section Lines in floor plan Views have an option to be hidden at a scale coarser then...:

Properties > Graphics > Hide at Scales coarser then....

Maybe this is the reason.

May be someone can give me a solution

I have created a section in a floor plan of an existing project.

The floor plan is Level 3, it has view template Floor plan Scale 1/8"

Phase New

I can see several section marks already done.

Then I create a new Section, I am using "Hide at scales coarser than 1/8" . I have verified the Crop region, It goes down to Level 1 and up to level 5. This means is cutting level 3 and should be visible in level 3. When I created the section I am using a work set which is on in the plan view and everywhere else just in case. I has the same discipline in floor plan and also in section "Architecture", I have verify my visibility graphics, and sections is on, I have use the light to see if the section was available for UnHide command. it is not . MY opinion I have check every aspect, and still is not visible in floor plan. Is it possible there is a settings where the  view does not show any new section mark? some kind of luck that prevents from showing any more section marks? I can see this a which to protect in plotting sheets without showing any new working section. Does anyone can help me? please let me know thanks

Not silly answers please. As I described I have already cover all the normal options that an advance user could ever check and still is not showing. Any good help will be appreciated.

Thanks

To enhance my question.

The section and the floor plan , both have same phase, same scale, all visibility graphics on, cropping is passing through the floor plan. Same Architectural discipline.

What I am missing?

Look into the View Filters see any Section Types are set to not show.

how would I get here? To the view filters?

I am having the same issue. My sections seem to disappear when I assign a template. But the weird thing is, when I unassign the template to the section, it still will not reappear. Only appears in plan view when no templates is assigned to the section

This answer just saved me from recreating building sections on a large project... I think one of my team members must have messed with this setting because I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to find it.

Thank you!

I have the same problem, I have checked the hidden elements, VG, and the "Hide at Scale Coarser Than" option. None worked. Any new section cut I draw, it just doesn't show and I get an error that it is hidden.

Please help! All my previous section cut lines are gone too.
