Screen/pixel bug

I've been getting this screen from time to time, when using Revit. It disappears when I use the pan tool.

At first I thought it was a driver problem, so I made a clean install of my Nvidia Driver. I didn't work, so I repaired Revit but the problem persists.

I would like to mention this is happening in AutoCAD too. What can I do?

Holy crap! Matrix-like! Hardware Acceleration? 

...I seriously doubt this is a Revit or AutoCAD issue., but I'd be thinking Graphics Card as well.

I forgot to show this, I tried disabling the hardware acceleration but it made my model extremely slow.

Also this are my specs:

Intel Core i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz (12 CPUs), ~2.2GHz

16 GB RAM
Blue GPU Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
Green GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design
Hard Disk Drive Samsung SSD 970 EVO 500GB
Hard Disk Drive ST1000LM048-2E7172

I didn't had this problem before and I've been using Revit and Autocad for months in this machine.
