Schedules boarders: how to make them invisible

Hello,

I want to use a schedule for design loads notes for easier formatting instead of text. This block of notes is repeated on multiple pages and when change is happening I prefer to revise it in one spot instead of looking for every page where it is placed. But our engineers don't like the idea of having a table format for this purpose. May I make borders invisible or maybe it is not the right tool to use and you can recommend a better way. Thank you

On the left desirable look (text) on the right schedule with borders (that needs to be gone).

Appearance tab > turn off border lines
