Schedule - Revit Links Count - Please help

Is it possible to make a schedule count the number of Revit links there are in a model?

In my example shown on the attached image, i have multiple house types (building models) linked into a site master model. Within my schedule i have the RVT Link: File Name and Name and also count. I have a few questions regarding this:

1. There is only 1no. House Type A103 RVT:Link in my site master model but the count is saying 8. What is the count actually counting?

2. Is there a way to get my schedule to count/show the number of linked building models? e.g. 1 no. of A103, 3no. of HT03, 10no. of HT10 etc.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

If you created a multi-category schedule, it will include all families that have shared parameters that are available to schedule. This type of schedule will search the files for families to schedule.

Try a RVT Link schedule instead.

Hi Austin - your solution described is exactly what I am looking for. on my Revit 2017, I do not have the option of scheduling "RVT Links"...

Am I missing something here?

Thank you
