Schedule is not in numerical order

Everytime I create a schedule with the sizes in ascending order, it gets numbered 1", 1.5", 1.25", 2"....

Why is 1.25 coming after 1.5?

Because 25 is bigger than 5. You see this kind of behaviour in different software. It depends on how the sort algorithm is build. In a similar way you see often sequences like 1,...,18, 19, 2, 20,...., 28, 29, 3, 30,...

Look at Manage > Settings > Project Units > Discipline: Piping > Pipe Size and change the Rounding to 2 decimal places.

Added to what @chrisplyler proposed (use 2 Decimal Places)...However; make Sure the option "Suppress trailing 0's" is UNCHECKED so that the 1.5 would actually read 1.50

Oh yeah. That too. My template file starts with it unchecked, so I didn't think of it.
